HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They brought us to a table outside then forgot about us. Twenty minutes in, I went inside to remind them that I was outside waiting. Our waitress came and took our orders. I can tell she was somewhat new so I won’t put all of the blame on her. The manager came to check on us and questioned if I came inside first or just sat outside. He figured that was the reason it took so long but I corrected him. Then another 15 minutes later, the wrong food was brought to our table. Then 10 minutes after that the shrimp scampi I ordered was supposed to come with spinach but was placed in front of me with linguini. When I told the waiter it was supposed to be spinach not pasta, he said ok…but then never came back. 20 minutes into the meal and after my son was almost done eating, the waitress came out to check on us and I told about the wrong food. She apologized and I said to just go ahead and send me the correct dish in a to-go box. She was very apologetic so it was hard to stay angry with her. Had such a great experience at Public Pizza! I ordered the pasta with a Prosecco, and everything was delicious. The fettuccine Alfredo was incredibly fresh, rich, and so creamy definitely one of the best I’ve had. Shay was so kind, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. Great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

My server name was Brittany and she was such a doll! So sweet kind and patient. This was my first time visiting this place with my 3 year old. He loves pizza and he said it was AMAZING! Which I can agree. I ordered spicy penne vodka with shrimp and may I add 10/10! Brittany energy was very welcoming and inviting. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Came here for dinner tonight and had a really nice experience overall. The hostess was super friendly from the moment we walked in, and our waitress was very kind, attentive, and professional throughout the night. We started with the fried calamari appetizer. The first batch came out way too salty, but when we mentioned it, our waitress handled it so well and immediately offered to either replace it or bring us something different. We decided to give it another try and the second one came out perfect. Really appreciated how nicely they handled it. I ordered the shrimp scampi — the presentation was beautiful and the portion of shrimp was generous. Flavor-wise it wasn’t mind-blowing, but it was still good and enjoyable. My boyfriend had the chicken francese and liked it as well. We also ordered an Aperol Spritz and a watermelon spritz, both were refreshing and good. The biggest surprise for me was the tiramisu. I usually avoid ordering tiramisu at restaurants because it rarely matches my taste, but this one actually did not disappoint. Definitely one of the highlights of the meal for me.
